Who we are

The LRAF Platform (platform.lraf.ink, app.lraf.ink and the apps we run for our customers) is a business management app for farms, feed mills, livestock and trading businesses. It is run by LRAF Group (Bilasot Trading PLC), Ethiopia. Questions about your data: info@bilasot.site.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number and your role in your business.
  • Business records your company enters: animals, milk, stock, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, staff, payroll, documents and similar records.
  • Sign-in and security records: when and from where you signed in, and important changes made in the app.
  • Messages you choose to receive by email or Telegram.

Google sign-in: what we receive and how we use it

If you choose "Continue with Google", we ask Google only for your name, email address and Google account ID (the openid, email and profile permissions). We do not receive your Google password and we cannot see your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else in your Google account.

  • We use this information only to create your account or sign you in to the matching account, and to show your name in the app.
  • We store your email address, name and Google account ID with your account.
  • We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone, except a service provider that helps us run the app under our instructions, or where the law requires it.
  • You can stop using Google sign-in at any time: remove the app at myaccount.google.com/permissions and ask us to unlink or delete your account.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Telegram sign-in

If you sign in with a code by Telegram, we use your phone number and your Telegram chat to send you the code.

How we use information

Only to provide the app: signing you in, keeping and showing your business records, sending the messages and reports you ask for, billing the subscription, keeping the service safe, and answering support requests. We do not sell personal information and we do not show one customer's data to another.

Sharing

Your company's records are seen only by the people your company's Admin allows. We do not share personal information with others, except: service providers that host or send messages for us under our instructions, or when the law requires it.

Where data is kept and how it is protected

Each business has its own separate database on our servers. Connections use HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, access is limited by role, and backups are encrypted. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in and remember your settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and records while your company uses the service. When a company stops, its data is deleted after the period stated in its agreement, unless the law requires us to keep certain records longer.

Your choices and deleting your data

An Admin can download all of the company's data at any time. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your account or your Google sign-in link by writing to info@bilasot.site; we answer within 30 days.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not meant for children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above, and tell users in the app about important changes.
