Is my data separate from other businesses?

Yes. Each business has its own database and its own app; no other customer can see your data.

How does the free trial work?

Sign up, we check and approve your account, and your trial starts. You can use everything in your plan during the trial; you pay only if you continue.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer: you get an invoice, pay it, and send the receipt from Settings → Subscription.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. An Admin can download all the company's data at any time.

Can I use my own domain and logo?

On the Business and Enterprise plans: your own domain, logo, colours and email sender.
